How I approach the work
An operating system for people
I bring systems, process design, ownership and automation into a shared model that teams can understand and maintain.
01
HR systems
Connect information to the work it supports.
Systems need to share the right information at the right moment. I start with the employee journey and the source of truth, then define which records, events and handoffs the process needs. Integration serves the process rather than adding another disconnected tool.
02
Process design
Clarify the process before automating it.
I map the trigger, decisions, owners, exceptions and completion conditions before building automation. That exposes ambiguity early and gives the team a process it can explain, operate and improve.
03
Ownership
Give every handoff an accountable owner.
A workflow should make responsibility clear. I define who approves a decision, who performs the next task and who handles an exception. Automation can coordinate the work; accountability stays with the appropriate people.
04
Automation
Remove repetition while preserving judgement.
I automate repeatable coordination such as routing requests, preparing tasks and tracking completion. An illustrative onboarding workflow would connect the agreed start date, manager approval and access tasks, with a clear route for incomplete or exceptional cases.
