How I approach the work
Human judgement, supported by intelligence
Technology should extend the reach of good judgement while keeping decisions, safeguards and responsibility visible.
01
Context
Start with the right question and information.
Useful assistance starts with an understanding of the request and the context the workflow is authorized to use. I define the inputs and boundaries before asking a system to prepare a recommendation or take an action.
02
Guardrails
Make boundaries and escalation explicit.
I define which actions may be automated, which need approval and which should be escalated. Sensitive or uncertain situations need a clear human route rather than a confident-looking answer that conceals uncertainty.
03
Execution
Turn an approved decision into coordinated work.
Once the responsible person has made the decision, automation can prepare tasks, route information and track the outcome. The workflow should make the action and its owner visible, including when execution fails.
04
Review
Verify outcomes and improve the process.
I treat review as part of the operating model. The team needs to see what happened, identify incomplete or inconsistent outcomes and use that evidence to improve the process rather than merely counting automation runs.
