How I approach the work
People Operations at global scale
Global operations work when local context, clear ownership and the employee experience are part of the same operating model.
01
Global teams
Coordinate work across teams and regions.
I connect the teams involved in an employee journey so the work does not depend on someone forwarding messages between them. The focus is on clear handoffs, accountable owners and a consistent way to track what happens next.
02
Local context
Keep local requirements inside the workflow.
A global process needs room for the country, employment context and local requirements that apply. I work to make that context visible in the workflow and route questions to the appropriate owner rather than assuming one rule fits every situation.
03
Clear service
Make requests, ownership and next steps visible.
An employee or manager should know where to ask, who owns the request and what to expect. I design service processes around that clarity, including escalation routes when a request needs specialist judgement.
04
Employee experience
Measure the journey from the person's perspective.
The test of an operating process is how it feels to the person using it. A well-coordinated journey reduces repeated questions and chasing, while keeping a human route available when the situation needs one.
